We want you to love how you sleep. Mattresses and waterbeds are personal, so our rules differ a little from a clothing store's — here's the short version.
90-Night Comfort Guarantee (mattresses)
Sleep on a new mattress for a 30-night break-in, and if it's not right you get a one-time exchange within 90 nights (a mattress protector is required; the bed must come back clean and undamaged). Full details: Return & Comfort Guarantee Policy.
Waterbeds & custom items
Water mattresses that have ever held water, and custom / made-to-order builds, are final sale except for defects or freight damage. Unfilled, factory-sealed items have a 30-day window.
Freight damage
Inspect big items before you sign, note damage on the receipt, and report concealed damage within 3 business days with photos — we'll handle the carrier claim.
Manufacturer warranty
Defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (terms vary by brand) — we'll help you file.
